TERMS AND CONDITIONS/Guarantee
1) We guarantee the health of this puppy for 72 hours from the date of purchase, Provided the buyer has the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within said time .and period,
2) to the best of my knowledge the puppy is in good health; If the puppy is found to be unhealthy, you the buyer must notify us within 24 hours and make arrangements to send the puppy back with an statement and contact information from examining vet, explaining the puppies condition, if seller’s veterinarian agrees with the examining vet’s statement then the seller will replace the puppy with one of the same sex, breed and quality and registration rights, if you decide to keep the puppy you agree that you are terminating this health guarantee and any liability held by us
3) Buyer agrees not to breed a female before one and a half years of age. (this applies to puppies with full AKC registration rights only)
4) To provide adequate housing away from the elements. if the dog will be housed outside Your dog will NEVER be left on a chain.
5) The value of the pet for the purpose of this guarantee is solely the original purchase price of the pet, and does not include any additional prices declared by the buyer, such as value of show dog or shipping fees.
NOTE: it is your responsibility to take your puppy to the vet within 24 hours from any onset of the puppy showing signs of illness such as not eating, vomiting, diarrhea, lethargic behavior etc. I must be notified as well, failure to provide your puppy with proper and immediate care is consider medical neglect and will forfeit this guarantee.
6 ) This is a replacement guarantee only no cash refunds
7 ) If the guidelines of this guarantee are not followed, the guarantee is null & void
8) We are in no way responsible for any veterinarian bills,Seller agrees to:
9) Provide buyer with AKC registration documents. And guarantees that puppy has had proper care to date of release to buyer.
10) Breeder guarantees puppy against any congenital defect causing death of or making necessary euthanasia until one year of age.
11) Breeder offers one year hips and elbows guarantee, NOTE: on any puppy found to have moderate or severely affected hip/elbow dysplasia, The following applies; The puppy must have a new x-ray by your veterinarian to confirm the diagnosis and it must be documented by an official OFA preliminary consultation.
12) Upon receipt of a letter to breeder from a reputable veterinarian stating that in his/her opinion this condition is congenital, a puppy of equal value at breeder’s convenience will replace puppy.
NOTE: Puppies sold under $1500.00 will have a health guarantee only for 72 Hours because they will be sold as pets,
13)We reserve the right to have a second opinion from our veterinarian. We also reserve the right to acquire DNA to determine the dog or puppy as one of our lineages.
14) In the event of death, the said puppy will only be replaced if a necropsy is performed on the puppy, explaining the cause of death, cause of death must be a direct result of genetic congenital defect in order for buyer to receive a replacement puppy.
15) We guarantee the puppy has a good temperament at the time of sale. There is no other guarantee for temperament. Temperament is a result of environment. We have no control over your environment.
16) I do not guarantee the reproducibility ,adult size, or adult color.),
17) We are in no way responsible for any veterinarian bills, The buyer/owner is responsible for all transportation costs to and from the breeder. The breeder is not responsible for any and all veterinarian expenses accumulated on returned or replaced dog or puppy.
LIMITATIONS OF GUARANTEE: . THE FOLLOWING 1-6 WILL VOID ALL GUARANTEES:
1 Allowing your dog to become obese or underfed at any time.
2 Evidence of neglect or abuse. related injuries, etc.)
3 The Dog has been bred
There are no other expressed or implied warranties or guarantees of any kind except those stated herein.
Seller warrants that she is the lawful owner of this puppy and is responsible for entering into this contract with the buyer. The Buyer has read and understands the forgoing and agrees that all parts constitute a binding agreement with the Seller. This constitutes the entire agreement of the parties hereto with respect to sale described.
